We're a fitness group for people interested in walking as a fitness exercise. We use an interval method in which we alternate fast with slow walking. Our intervals will be based on either time or distance. Examples would be: 3 reps of FW 5mins and SW 5mins; 3 reps of FW 0.5mi and SW 0.5mi. We'll meet at least twice a week, usually at Central Park.
